How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website. We do not take phone orders.

How do I cancel or exchange my order?

Orders typically ship out within 1–3 business days but may be canceled anytime before they ship by emailing help@winchesterprimers.store and requesting an order cancellation. However, the cause of the cancellation will dictate the refund or exchange procedure. The following are the only two instances in which a refund or exchange will be processed:

Order Canceled Before Shipping: Orders canceled before the product has shipped will result in a full refund minus a processing fee. The processing fee is 10% of the total order amount.

Exchange Due to Defect: When this is the case, the defective product must be returned for review before a replacement product is sent out. Email customer service with pictures and descriptions of what you are experiencing with the ammunition. American Marksman will send you a shipping label to return the defective product.

What if my order was damaged or incomplete?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, the first step is to take pictures of the product you received as well as the packaging in which it arrived. Sometimes, the packaging may be damaged, but the product inside is not. If you received a damaged product in your order, please email help@winchesterprimers.store with pictures and descriptions of the damaged product.

What items can I return?

If your order has shipped, but nothing is wrong with the ammunition, Winchester Primers Store will not accept a return of ammunition. Nor will Winchester Primers Store refund the order. Before you submit your order, please be sure you are ordering the correct product.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically ship out within 1–3 business days after being placed. During high-demand times, orders may ship out 5-7 days after being placed.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. You can also log into your account anytime to check the status of current or past orders.

We will not check the status of an order unless it’s been 4-days after the order was placed, in instances like this, please send your order number to customer service.

Can I change the shipping address after I place my order?

Your shipping address can only be changed before your order is shipped out. Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need the shipping address changed, please email help@winchesterprimers.store

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Why isn't the website accepting my credit card?

In rare instances where you can’t complete an order due to your credit card not being accepted, we recommend the following steps:

1) Double-check that the billing information for the card is entered correctly

2) Clear your cart, close out of the website, and restart your order

3) Try using another Payment Option

Why can't I log in to my account?

If you cannot log in to your account, double-check that your email and password are correct. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset your password by clicking the “reset password” under the login section. If resetting the password still doesn’t work, we suggest closing out of the website, clearing cookies, and logging in again. If all steps have failed, contact customer service to reset the password.

Where do I send the required documents so my order can ship?

If you are required to upload documents before your order can ship, please send them as attachments to help@winchesterprimers.store Examples of required documents for select states: FFL, FOID, Drivers License, Passports etc.
